I was hooked as soon as I opened the bag and got a whiff!. Many single origin blends lack complexity, not this one. I find new flavor notes with every cup
This is a truly delicious roast. From opening the bag to the last sip, the aromas alone are to die for. This has a nice mid-full body with gentle fruity notes. The subtleties of this coffee are spectacular.
Have tried the Ethiopian and it was fantastic! So nice to have freshly roasted coffee. And for me, it was just down the road. Chris definitely knows what he is doing.
