Kichwa Tembo, Kenya AA Single Origin Coffee
This is Chris's favorite single origin coffee right now. It's rich and full bodied, smooth and clean up front with a nice fruit finish that's pleasant, not overwhelming.Country: Kenya
Farm: Various smallholder farmers
Variety: Sl-28, SL-34, Ruiru 11, Batian, K7, French Mission
Altitude: 1800–2300 masl
Processing Method: Washed
Tasting Notes: Rich, juicy and sweet with big fruit and a heavy mouthfeel; lots of caramelized sugar, sugar cane juice, and cherry flavors.
A wonderfully versatile coffee that works well both for espresso and pour over. Could not recommend more highly. For reference, I do not usually give this kind of high praise, this blend and company truly do wonders to make their coffee exceptional, every time.
Rich and flavorful. I enjoyed it so much, I was able to drink it black!! That’s huge for me. Most coffee seems too bitter for my taste and I add cream. Not this one!
My perfect cup of coffee. Brewed with a Chemex, this Kenyan single origin is very well balanced with touch of sweetness to balance a well rounded acidity.
I am a bit distressed they have not received it yet. Not due to be delivered until tomorrow at the earliest.
I know they will enjoy the coffee when they receive it. My husband loves it!
As usual smooth and wonderful
