The challenge comes in finding true quality coffees from Honduras. Thankfully this lot is one. Roasted on the lighter side to preserve those cherry fruit notes couple with cinnamon spice, nutty flavors. A pleasant juicy mouthfeel makes this ideal for a pour over, but all brewing methods will produce a good cup.
