Brazil Natural Pulped Single Origin Coffee

 This specialty microlot coffee is harvested selectively by hand and is put through a fermentation process: It is depulped and fermented in water tanks and regular pH readings are taken to determine the duration of the fermentation. Drying takes between 12–20 days in covered terraces.  This process makes a mellow and balanced coffee ideal for Pour Over.
