Opening Spring 2021
Rivet American Coffee Roasters is expanding and becoming Rivet Coffee Bar and Roastery; continuing our pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee. We take pride in the quality and excellence of our coffees. This attention to detail is what drives us to open our coffee bar where we will serve the very best single origin pour overs, drip coffees, cold brew, nitro and espresso drinks. For our non coffee drinkers, locally sourced teas and a great tea menu with sparkling teas, chai, and bubble tea will be offered, not to mention decadent cocoa and Italian sodas. Our café will be producing delicious and unique food selections to compliment our quality coffee and other beverages. One of the highlights from the kitchen will be our freshly made pearl sugar Liege waffles - hot off the iron with or with out a topping or drizzle will be sure to please . We cannot wait for our customers to be greeted at the door by the beautiful aromas from of our coffee and those yummy waffles! One of the many highlights from the coffee bar will be the automated pour over machine, invented and perfected by our Roastery founder Chris Dillow. The automated process, with just the right water temperature and flow rate, will ensure a perfectly extracted cup of coffee every time without the manual pour over wait.
Our boutique inside seating will include stools at the coffee bar, tables overlooking the roastery operations, and seating in the skylight room. Our huge wrap around deck will provide great outdoor seating on all those sunny days to come and the large, covered back deck with heating will allow 3 season outdoor enjoyment. We are also planning to provide blankets for relaxing and enjoying our spacious back yard. Mobile ordering and a walk-up window will allow grabbing quick orders on the go.
